Having born in 1976, in Ayvalık, Doğan completed her primary and secondary education in Ankara. 19 times Turkish Champion, she represented Turkey in rhythmic gymnastics as a registered athlete between the years of 1982 – 1993 by qualifying to be a national athlete 25 times. Doğan began her ballet training in 1980 and graduated in 1999  from AB Art, Ballet and Dance School to receive her ballet teaching license. Not only she earned first place in 1997 modern dance competition in Turkey, but also she represented our country in the world championship held in Malaysia, earning second and fourth place. Doğan received training from acclaimed experts in their fields such as Nina Abromova, Sasha Baldiv, Yuri Mezokh. She taught modern dance in METU Development Foundation Schools, classical ballet in Bursa Nilüfer Municipality, dance in Ankara Maltepe Primary School, ballet and dance in METU Sportive Rhythmic Gymnastics, choreography in Doğa Collage, dance and aesthetics in Vizyon Ice Sports, ballet and dance in Danset School, dance and choreography in Teşvikiye Rhythmic Gymnastics. Doğan also gave life to a dance theater called Styx with her students as the art director and choreographer.
Having established Danset Performing Arts, Ballet and Dance School in 2001, Doğan trained thousands of students and took part as a choreographer and art director in a lot of organizations, concerts, musicals and TV programs including 33rd World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship Opening and Closing Ceremonies, THY new line, Metro, TFF season, Cine5, Show TV, Fenerbahçe season-opening, Beijing, India, Belgrade, Azerbaijan General Consulate Organizations, China, Bulgaria, Miss Model of the World, Artiz School, Popstar Turkey, Academy Turkey, Wanna Dance?
